Sitting at the helm, Jane is the creative force behind match design and match cmo. She thrives in highly complex environments and always delivers. She serves as a CMO and creative director (CD).
Jane held vp positions at several B2B start-ups in Silicon Valley including Perfect Commerce (SRM). And prior, she boasts A-list work pedigree that includes multi-national billion dollar brands. She served as the director at worldwide marketing at Virgin Interactive, the marketing director at Time Warner, and held brand marketing positions at The Walt Disney Company, FCB Global, and for the Apple Macintosh games division, at Interplay Productions.
Jane has also appeared on Good Morning America and taught principles of marketing at her alma mater--where she was nominated as "teacher of the year."

Sitting at the ready, Louis is a globalist, futurist, and an efficiency expert. He has decades of experience in venture building, marketing and business development, too.
Louis has traveled to over 100 countries and speaks several languages, so he pours his energy at Match into purpose-driven leadership for sustainable business practices.
His global perspective is defined his career of entrepreneurship after completing his MBA, and thesis on the Internet Revolution.
Past work experience includes IBM Global Services, Ygrene Energy Fund, ND Capital, and Solpad Energy. Today, he focuses on SaaS, Fintech, Energy, and Sustainability at Match in a COO role. And runs his new on-demand venture, VB (Coming in Q2 2023). He looks forward to the next generation of ventures that will fundamentally change how we interact.
